Easytest do not use the Ultrasonic method of testing for leaks in heat exchangers as this requires pressurizing the system from one side which may cause damage and also if there is a leak then any slight soiling, dust particles or sediment etc in the heat exchanger may find it's find its way into the leak as liquid passes through the crack or pinhole and may give a false pass.

Eddy Current Testing of Spray Dryers, silos and tanks surfaces is not used by Easytest as the latest information available to us indicates that the Eddy Current systems do not detect pinhole perforations on large surfaces.
